This note will serve as a reminder.
If resources and skills won't be an issue, I will create a microchip that will translate mechanical-electrical signals to electrical signals that the brain can understand. This will enable, data from a computer to be loaded to the human brain. This will facilitate the learning process of any human being. Learning will simply be uploading data to the brain.
One concern would be "What happens when computer viruses will be uploaded to the brain?".

...i can learn how to ride a bicycle in no time...but the fear of a crash...how will that chip deal with that?
we can upgrade the chips so that we can somehow tamper into the part of the brain that deals with emotions.

ahh..but they "ppl in matrix" were unplugged first then replugged in man..
outside of the matrix, they were not as capable as their matrixzied alter egos.

u'r right shutterbug, they cant out perform themselves in the real world but(!) they already have the knowledge. Yeah, this is close to controlling people. what if somebody will feed in (thru the chips) programs that will control people's mind? tsk.. tsk.. little knowledge is dangerous..
