A man named Jabez once prayed to God by saying, "Oh God... that you will expand my territory...".

New roles, new responsiblities, new endeavour, new heights, new dreams, new vision, new open doors, new oppurtunities and the like are signs that our territory is expanding.

While expanding could sound exciting, it is often painful. Expanding territory involves changes and some of these changes caused us to feel different emotions.

Jabez added to his prayers, "Oh God... that you will be with me in all that I do...". In these moments of increase and expansion we need God to be with us in all that we do. We need God's favor, God's Spirit, and God's mercy to be with us.

Interestingly, God grated Jabez ALL of what he prayed for.:) And God can do it also for us. Amen.
